References to “Goat Academy”, “we”, and “us” mean Goat Academy Ltd. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Educational content only

Goat Academy provides financial education. Nothing on this website, in any programme, video, publication, tool, or communication is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other instrument. Goat Academy is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.

Trading and investing involve risk, including the loss of capital. No income, return, or trading result is promised or implied. Any decision to trade or invest is yours alone, and you should consider seeking independent professional advice before doing so.

3. Use of the website

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others or breaches applicable law. Nothing is sold on this website; enrolment in paid programmes takes place through Goat Academy’s enrolment process, where the applicable terms are disclosed in full.

4. Accounts and enrolment

Access to programme material is provided through an individual account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Programme access is personal to the enrolled student and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. Programme fees and payment terms are stated at enrolment.

5. Refund policy

The Wall Street Protocol is a structured programme, and the refund policy is operational rather than unconditional. A refund of programme fees may be claimed by a student who has completed all of the following within the programme period stated at enrolment:

• attended 12 live coaching calls;
• completed and recorded 12 paper trades in accordance with the programme methodology; and
• submitted 12 weekly progress reports.

A claim must be made in writing to [email protected] with the supporting records. Where the conditions above are met, the fees paid will be refunded to the original payment method. Any statutory rights you hold under applicable consumer law are not affected by this policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website and within Goat Academy programmes, including text, video, workbooks, models, and the Wall Street Protocol curriculum, is owned by or licensed to Goat Academy Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without prior written permission.

7. Third-party content and links

The website links to third-party platforms such as YouTube, X, podcast directories, and news publishers. References to press coverage indicate that a publication has covered Felix Prehn or Goat Academy; they are not endorsements. Goat Academy is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goat Academy Ltd excludes liability for any loss arising from reliance on the educational content of the website or its programmes, including trading or investment losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page with the date of the last update. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
